Returns, exchanges, order questions, or anything else: write to the studio and we will reply by email.
- You may return any garment within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, or exchange it for another size while the edition lasts.
- Pieces must come back unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached and the original packaging and numbered certificate included.
- Start every return through this form or by email. We will confirm the return address and reference before you post anything.
- Return postage is the customer's responsibility, unless the piece arrived faulty or we sent the wrong item, in which case the postage is ours, along with our apologies.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of the piece reaching us.
- Numbered editions are exchanged like for like: the same number moves to the new size where stock allows.
