umber.art uses a small number of cookies and browser storage entries. None of them carry advertising, and we do not use tracking pixels.

Your basket (umber-basket-v2), your currency choice and a note that you have joined the waitlist (umber-waitlisted) are kept in your browser's local storage so the site remembers them between visits. Nothing is sent to us; they stay on your device until you clear your browser data.

We use PostHog, hosted in the European Union, to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, what is clicked, device and browser type, and an approximate location from your IP address. PostHog sets a cookie beginning ph_ that lasts up to one year and gives your browser an anonymous identifier. We use this to improve the site, not to identify you or to advertise.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the site is hosted by Netlify. Neither sets cookies on umber.art for its own purposes. If you follow a link to Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest or TikTok, their own cookie rules apply.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without the analytics cookie. Blocking local storage will empty your basket between visits. If you would like us to delete analytics data linked to your browser, write to studio@umber.art.
